For fares or rooms that require a fresh supplier check, especially close to departure or check-in.

Confirm first. Do not transfer yet.Wait for written availability, the exact amount and payment deadline from AETTSB.
  1. Request a current fare or room check.
  2. Receive an active quotation with a payment deadline.
  3. When instructed, use Instant Transfer to the official AETTSB Public Bank account only.

Method 02Standard secure payment

Billplz online payment

For an approved AETTSB invoice that remains valid and is not marked for urgent direct transfer.

Pay one active invoice only.Use Billplz only when you have not already paid by bank transfer.
  1. Check the quotation reference, exact amount and deadline.
  2. Pay through FPX, card or an activated supported wallet.
  3. Wait for the verified result. Never retry while status is pending.

Do not pay twice. Choose either direct bank transfer or Billplz for the same invoice. If any payment shows Pending, contact only 011 3324 8670 before attempting another transaction.

Merchant activation pending

The payment form is installed but cannot accept money until Billplz verifies the AETTSB merchant profile and its Public Bank company account.

Successful payment does not by itself confirm a flight seat, hotel room or travel package. Confirmation is valid only after AETTSB issues the relevant electronic ticket, written booking confirmation or voucher.

What happens when timing or availability changes.

Quotation deadline

Flight fares and live hotel rates remain subject to supplier availability until the ticket or booking voucher is issued. Payment made after the stated deadline requires a new availability and price check.

Pending payment

A bank or gateway delay keeps the booking pending. A screenshot alone is not cleared payment. Do not submit a second payment while the first is being verified.

After-hours payment

Payment may be recorded at any time, but manual flight or hotel processing begins during the next operating period unless AETTSB has confirmed an urgent handling arrangement in writing.

If availability is lost

Where the original option can no longer be secured, AETTSB will offer a revised price, a suitable alternative or an applicable refund, subject only to disclosed supplier or payment charges that were already incurred and cannot lawfully be recovered.

Payment confirms receipt of funds only. A booking becomes confirmed when AETTSB issues the applicable electronic ticket, written booking confirmation or voucher. Read the complete Terms and Conditions before paying.
